Feel drained from all the demands on your time and not getting enough rest? In a collaborative group setting, we will define the obstacles and strategies for getting enough sleep, managing stress, and balancing the competing pressures of school and life. While working on these health behaviors, attendees will also be practicing valuable life skills they can use to face the ongoing hurdles and pressures of school and adult life.
6 – 90 minute sessions, 6 weeks, space limited.
