Class: Photography for Well-BEing

Photography for Well-BEing (adult class):

This course is a series of 5 classes that introduce photography as a tool for improving well-being and increasing personal awareness. Through weekly assignments, such as finding hearts present in nature, we will discuss and reflect on our photographic experiences in an open and interactive environment.

This class is about the process and the journey of using photography to improve ourselves and our emotional health, and not about photographic quality. Any camera is fine.  You just need an interest in photography and self-reflection. Space is limited.
