Smoking, Vaping and Chewing

Nicotine is a highly addictive drug. The American Cancer Society claims that it is as “addictive as heroin, and cocaine”. Not only is there a physical addiction but there are social and emotional dependencies associated with nicotine.
Note: Vaping is NOT a safe alternative to smoking. Vaping is toxic and addicting.

There are many ways to quit and many lessons to learn. The important thing is keep trying until you are able to finally quit.
Quitting will improve your health, relationships, career, and well-being; as well as, increase your life expectancy.
