Tonite a made a homemade soup and wanted to log it into my MyFitnessPal app so I could continue to track my calories and nutritional intake. Logging recipes on my phone is not ideal for me, my aging eyes, and my inexperienced fingers. I was about to skip this entry but knew I really needed to commit to keeping track and being more aware of what I was eating.
You can imagine how happy I was to find www.myfitnesspal.com has a Recipe Nutrition Calculator on it’s website. AND if you have an account, it will sync up to your phone app too. I am definitely more comfortable working on my laptop than my phone so this was a great find for me.
You do NOT have to have an account to use the calculator but you will need to have an account if you want to save the recipe.
